Chembur Karnataka Sangha's Chembur Karnatak High School has had a chequered history of education with purpose and service with dedication. The humble origin way back in 1966, small number, parochial name, and impecunious fortunes did not bog down its impetuosity to grow. From a garage to Natraj, and from Natraj to the present spacious Vidyasagar campus has been an arduous journey. The pristine ethos, nature friendly ambience, modern structure, and above all the excellent tone, have earned the institution respect, adulation and popularity. The school motto - "mentally alert, physically strong and morally sound " - is intrinsically followed with ramifications in instruction and human values. The school is vibrant with activities galore; Astronomy and quiz have always been the school's strong point, with some sort of a record being created at Nehru Planetarium for the number of prizes won by any institution.
