The main aim of the foundation is to spread literacy and
encourage the needy and deserving students to persue their academic career without
financial constraints. The Foundation gives students,Scholarship,prizes and financial
help. It is a socially conscious group of volunteers who go into far off villages to
spread literacy amongst the needy and poor people without any caste, religion barrier and
assist them to lead and live a living. It is also actively planning workshops for creating
social consciousness amongst young people.The slogan of the Foundation is : "If you
know you can grow".
Objectives of the Trust :
- To provide, establish, endow, maintain, control and manage
schools and other educational institutions and institutions for the promotion of culture
and philosophy and to do all acts and things necessary for or conducive to the promotion
of knowledge and to promote schools, for Montessori, Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary,
Higher, Commercial, Technical and Industrial, Medical, Cultural and other Educational or
Research in India and for this purpose, to establish, conduct, maintain and manage reading
rooms, libraries, laboratories, gymnasiums, workshops, publishing houses, hostels,
residential quarters and other premises as and when thought fit by the Trustees.
- To facilitate and spread education by starting, affiliating,
establishing and maintaining in India schools, colleges, academies and other educational
institutions for imparting primary, secondary and higher, industrial or other education
with a view to train ideal citizens.
- To provide medical relief to the poor, distressed, afflicted
and mentally, physically or psychologically handicapped persons in India, including supply
of spectacles and other medical surgical and remedial appliances and for this purpose
to establish, conduct, maintain, manage and help dispensaries, hospitals, medical
centres, diagnostic centres, or other medical or after-care institutions.
- To conduct study groups, lecture series, translate, publish,
print and distribute books, joumals, periodicals, literature, films,cassettes, etc. for
promoting and spreading of Indian culture and education and philosophy for enlightenment
of the masses.
- To give gratuities or aid to the deserving teachers, staff
and other employees of the Tnust or to their wives, children or other relatives or
dependants, to make payments towards insurance and to form and contribute to Provident and
Benefit Funds for the benefit of any persons employed by the Trust or of the wives,
children or other relatives or dependents of such persons.
- To give loans, scholarships, prizes and monetary assistance
to deserving students of the Trust's institutions to help them in their studies.
- To give relief either in cash or kind to public in general
and specially those affected by riots, floods, famines, fires, epidemics, droughts, or
other calamities.
- To purchase acquire on lease or otherwise, immovable
properties and to construct, maintain and manage the same or other movable properties
necessary for the purpose of the Trust.
- To give donations in cash or kind to other institutions
having similar object or objects and/or to help such institutions in any other manner.
- To accept donations in cash or kind and to raise funds by
advertisements in publications of the Trust, by arranging charity shows, by accepting fees
and subscriptions, and other methods.
- To manage the Trust Fund and collect and recover the
interest, dividends and other income thereof.
- To pay and discharge out of the income of the Trust Fund all
expenses and charges of collecting and recovering the Income of the Trust fund and all
other cost, charges and expenses and outgoings of and incidental to the trust created by
these presents and the administration thereof.
